Try Garnier's bb cream. It is all I wear most days. Perfect for evening skin tone and adding sun protection. And only $11! I also love Clinique mineral powder for days when I need to look nice. A little pricey at $34, but last about 6-8 months. Hope this helps!

First off you know if you just go, within a week or so of being back in the habit you will feel so much better! I know it is the getting there part that is tough though...

I will go running or to the gym with my sister in the morning. Having that person who is expecting me to go is motivation enough most mornings. When I started running I would go with a friend in the evenings a couple times a week.

Another thing I use to motivate myself is signing up for races. If I paid an entry fee I darn well want to be ready. I've recently started setting more specific fitness goals for myself. For instance, I plan to do the Geist mini at around 10:30/ mile pace which will be a big PR for me. I am feeling good about my distance running, so in late May/ June I want to start focusing on speed and possibly do Jillian Michael's 30 day shred with my sister.

I also use www.myfitnesspal.com to track my eating and exercise. Having that accountability has been a huge help to me as well. Good luck getting back on track! :)

This is a great list. You've included so many things that everyone could improve on! Michael had a come to Jesus talk with me last weekend about the time I spend on my phone after C goes to bed/is napping. It was a real eye opener and actually embarrassing. Definitely time to give Twitter a little less attention ;)

I see what you did here. I beg my awkward aunts to get me giftcards instead of ill fitting awkward pajamas every year for Christmas, but if my mom (bff ever) got me a gift card, I'd be so bummed.
